This summer, the Heartland Art Club doubled the fun by combining receptions for The Members’ Showcase and the new Group of Eight show.

More than 150 friends and artists attended a double reception on July 11 to honor the opening of the Signature Members’ Showcase (July 2-26) and the new Group of Eight show (July 9-Oct. 4). Combining the two receptions offered a special opportunity for greater interaction among artists of varying levels, both new and old to Heartland Art Club. As is the custom at an HAC reception, the conviviality was palpable, and the food and drinks were fabulous! Meanwhile, Heartland’s busy summer schedule continues as it prepares to host its bi-annual national juried show, RepreSENSATIONAL (August 13-Oct. 4). The reception for that event is August 15, 6-8 p.m.
Heartland Art Club has 27 members.
