This national juried exhibition, hosted by Heartland Art Club, celebrates the power of representational art to move, engage, and inspire. Featuring a diverse array of artworks from across the country, RepreSENSATIONAL 2025 will be on view at The Galleries at Heartland Art Club from August 13 through October 4, 2025.

Heartland Art Club is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting quality representational art through exhibitions, education, and community engagement. We are proud to welcome participating artists to this year’s show and provide the information below to assist with artwork delivery, installation, and return.

Important Dates:

Handling Fee Due (shipped artwork only): June 30, 2025 (pay here)

Artwork Receipt Deadline: July 28, 2025 (No exceptions)

Exhibition Dates: August 13 – October 4, 2025

Public Opening Reception: August 15, 2025, 6:00–8:00 PM

Award Notifications: No later than August 18, 2025

Artwork Return Shipping & Pick-Up: October 8–11, 2025

Please read carefully so your work arrives safely and is properly handled.

Handling Fee

A $35 handling fee is required for shipped artwork. Pay by June 30, 2025 here.

Shipping Instructions

• Fill out and attach the Inventory Form to the back of your work.
• Check framing and hanging hardware (D-ring wire hangers required).
• Pack with care; insurance is recommended as the risk of shipping is on the artist.
• Use an AirFloat or similar reusable container (unless shipping sculpture).
• Do not use packing peanuts.
• Avoid using bubble wrap. If bubble wrap is necessary, do not tape it.
• Include your prepaid return shipping label in an envelope marked “RETURN SHIPPING LABEL” inside the top of the box.
• Include your name on the outside of the package.
• Ship via UPS or FedEx only.
• Artwork must arrive no later than 1:00 PM CST on July 28, 2025.

Unsold works will be return-shipped between October 8–11, 2025. Allow time for transit.

No handling fee is required for hand-delivered artwork.
