Announcing 2024 Ticket to Pick It, putting the “fun” in “fundraiser”! This popular event helps support Heartland Art Club while giving artists an opportunity to showcase their work at the gallery—all while making art accessible to everyone! We invite artists to donate artwork for this event. The exhibit will run in November, just in time for gift-giving for the winter holidays!
Our Ticket-to-Pick-It event is a fun and exciting way to support Heartland Art Club while taking home a beautiful piece of art!
Here’s how it works:
- Art Donations: We collect donated artwork until October 20. Donated pieces can be dropped off at the gallery from October 23-26, 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Click here to donate.
- Artwork Preview: All donated artworks will be displayed online and in the gallery. Keep an eye out for the pieces you love!
- Public Reception: Join us on November 2, 2024, from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. for a public reception showcasing the art.
- Buy a Ticket: Each $100 ticket guarantees you an artwork valued at $250 or more. You can purchase as many tickets as you like!
- Rank Your Choices: After purchasing a ticket, you’ll have until December 11 to rank your favorite artworks. If you don’t rank any, you’ll receive a piece randomly after others have received their selections.
- Digital Raffle: A digital raffle will assign ticket holders their highest-ranked available artwork. If all your top choices have been selected, you’ll receive a randomly assigned artwork after everyone else’s selections are fulfilled.
- Results: We’ll announce the results on December 15 on our website. Only ticket holders will be able to see the outcome, listed by first initial and last name.
