Turn up the heat this Summer with your glowing art!
All Heartland Art Club members are invited to submit artwork for Heartland Art Club’s Members’ Showcase, held July 7 – August 5!
Important Dates
Opening Reception: Friday, July 7, 2023 at the Galleries at Heartland Art Club, from 6:00 – 8:00pm. Awards will be presented at 7:00pm.
Exhibit Dates: July 7 – August 5, 2023
Deadline for Online Submissions: Sunday, June 18, 2023 at 11:59 CST
Artwork Drop-off dates and times: Drop off of artwork at Heartland Art Club.

Exhibit Details (Please read carefully)
One entry per artist member
This is a Member’s Show only. If you are not yet a member please join here first.
There is a $10 fee to enter this exhibit. Payment is made on our website at the time of submission of your artwork.
There is NO COMMISSION to the gallery on sold works! None. Zero. Nada. Zip.
There is 3% fee for credit/debit card transactions which will be deducted from the sale of any artwork.
All submitted artwork is ACCEPTED unless you are notified. This is not a juried show. If you submitted your work online and paid the accompanying fee we expect you to bring it to Heartland Art Club on one of the drop-off dates.
All entries must be for sale.
All work must be original.
Heartland Art Club Awards will be given by our judge, Dr. B. J. Parker:
1st Place: $300: generously sponsored by the Gateway Academy of Classical Art (GACA)
2nd Place: $200
3rd Place: $100
Honorable Mentions (Three): A $100 Merchandise Gift Certificate
David Cornell Award for Composition: $250
Heartland Art Club reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not conform to the submission guidelines, works that are considered to be offensive by the gallery, or for any other reason.
Entries submitted online may not be substituted.
Heartland Art Club cannot be responsible for typos in your submission.

Artwork Requirements
Entries are open to two-dimensional, three-dimensional, and photography.
Any artistic style or medium
Maximum outside dimensions: 48 inches on the longest side (overall size including framing/matting)
Framing Requirements
Professional gallery framing. Please clean glass, check corners, and look for other damage to matting, framing, and glass.
Gallery wrapped canvases without frames are okay with finished sides and wire hangers. Gallery wrapped canvases less than 1.5″ in depth not accepted.
Only wire hangers, no sawtooth hangers
Must include printable inventory form on back of painting
Artwork may be hung salon style
Delivery Requirements
Artwork may be shipped or hand delivered to Heartland Art Club. If shipping, you must include a pre-printed paid return label. Make sure to include inventory form to be taped to back of artwork.
